Ingredients

  • 25ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
  • 12.5ml Apricot Brandy
  • 25ml Appleton’s VX
  • 25ml Funkin Lime Purée
  • 75ml Pineapple juice
  • 25ml Orange juice
  • 12.5ml Monin Gomme
Method Add all ingredients into Boston with cubed ice, shake and strain over cubed ice. Top with more ice if necessary and garnish

Ingredients

  • 25ml Midori
  • 25ml Stoli Red
  • 75ml Rubicon Passion fruit juice
  • 10ml Monin Fraise
Method Shake all ingredients except fraise syrup in a Boston with cubed ice. Add fraise to the bottom of the glass then filled 3/4 with cubed ice. Strain ingredients in Boston into glass on top of fraise. Top with more ice if necessary and garnish.

Ingredients

  • 12.5ml Archers Peach Schnapps
  • 12.5ml Stoli Red
  • 12.5ml Malibu
  • 12.5ml De Kuyper Blue Curacao
  • 12.5ml Monin Grenadine
  • 50ml Pineapple juice
Method Add grenadine into the bottom of the glass and fill the glass with cubed ice. Shake Malibu, Archers and pineapple juice in a Boston with cubed ice and layer on top of the grenadine, shake Stoli vodka and blue curacao in a Boston with cubed ice and layer on top. Top with more ice if necessary and garnish.

Long Island Ice tea

Ingredients

  • 12.5ml Stoli Red
  • 12.5ml Bombay Sapphire
  • 12.5ml De Kuyper Triple Sec
  • 12.5ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
  • 12.5ml Sauza Hornitos
  • 5ml Monin Gomme
  • 125ml BiB Pepsi
  • 20ml Funkin Lime Purée
Method Add cubed ice to glass halfway up and then add coke. Put rest of ingredients into a Boston glass with cubed ice. Shake and strain gently and the spirit mix will layer on top of the Pepsi. Top with more ice and garnish.

  • 37.5ml Bombay Sapphire or
  • 37.5ml Grey Goose vodka
  • 12.5ml Cointreau
  • 12.5ml Funkin Lime Pure
  • 37.5ml Funkin Lychee Purée

Method Ice the martini glass to chill. Add all ingredients to Boston with cubed ice and shake and strain into glass. Garnish.

  • 50ml Bacardi Carta Oro
    or
  • 50ml Bacardi Carta Blanca
  • 5 to 6 Mint leaves
  • 6 Lime wedges
  • 25ml Soda
  • 2 Bar spoons brown sugar

Method Muddle lime and sugar in glass, clap mint and add to glass. Fill glass 2/3 with crushed ice, add rum and stir. Add soda, cap with crushed ice and garnish.

  • 10ml Monnin Vanilla Syrup
  • 15ml Funkin Lime Purée
  • 10ml Monin Gomme
  • 25ml Funkin Passion Fruit Purée

  • 50ml Fantinel Prosecco
  • half Passion fruit
Method Ice the martini glass to chill. Put passion fruit flesh in boston, add rest of ingredients except prosecco. Shake and fine strain into glass. Garnish.Pour prosecco into a shot glass and serve side by side.

Build in Collins glass over cubed ice, Stir and top with soda and crushed ice.

Pour lime and Ginger beer over cubed ice into a 12oz Collins glass. Float 50ml Goslings on top and garnish with lime wedge and Instagram flag.

Beer Mojito

Ingredients

  • 50ml Bacardi Oakheart
  • 12.5ml Gomme
  • 12.5ml Fraise
  • 3-4 lime wedges
  • 2-3 Raspberries
  • 5-6 mint leaves
Muddle the lime wedges, with the rum and gomme. Add crushed ice, fraise and a bunch of mint leaves by holding them in the palm of one hand then hitting them with the other like a clap. Stir and add Brewdog IPA.

  • 37.5ml Bombay Saphire
  • 12.5ml Crème de Mure
  • 20ml Gomme
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 6-8 Blueberries
    Top Brewdog IPA (50 ml)
Muddle blueberries in boston glass, add ingredients and cubed ice. Shake. Dirty pour in American glass (half pint) top with Brewdog IPA!

  • 12.5ml Marie Bizzard Fraise
  • 20ml Gomme
  • 20ml emon juice
  • 25ml Funkin Raspberry

  • 50ml Brewdog IPA
Shake all ingredients (apart from lemonade and IPA) with cubed ice. Dirty pour into a Stoli Jar, add 25 ml of lemonade and top up with Brewdog IPA and crushed ice.

Method Fill vessel with cubed ice, build all ingredients in vessel. Stir with a bar spoon, top with more ice if necessary and garnish.

Ingredients

50ml Midori
50ml Archers
50ml Malibu
200ml Orange Juice
50ml Stoli
200ml Cranberry

Half fill the fishbowl with cubed ice and add midori. Shake archers Malibu and orange juice together and carefully pour into the fishbowl. Add more cubed ice and shake the stoli and cranberry before floating this on top of the fishbowl. Cap with crushed ice and garnish with two candy canes.

Ingredients

50ml Blue Curaco
50ml Malibu
50ml Stoli
50ml Archers
50ml Grenadine
250ml Pineapple Juice

Half fill the fish bowl with cubed ice then pour grenadine into the bowl. Layer pineapple juice on top. Top up the fish bowl with cubed ice and shake the remaining ingredients together. Slowly pour the mixture over the top of the fishbowl, cap with crushed ice and four strawberry slices.

  • 100ml Funkin Lime Purée
Method Add all ingredients except coke into a Boston glass filled with cubed ice and shake. Fill the bowl with cubed ice and add the Pepsi, top the bowl with more ice. Layer all other ingredients on top of the coke and garnish.
