Zombie

Ingredients

  • 25ml Captain Morgan White Rum
  • 12.5ml Apricot Brandy
  • 25ml Appleton VX Rum
  • 25ml Funkin Lime Purée
  • 75ml Pineapple juice
  • 25ml Orange juice
  • 12.5ml Gomme
Add all ingredients into Boston with cubed ice, shake and strain over cubed ice. Top with more ice if necessary and garnish.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Midori
  • 25ml Smirnoff Vodka
  • 75ml Passion fruit Juice
  • 10ml Monin Fraise
Shake all ingredients except fraise syrup in a Boston with cubed ice. Add fraise to the bottom of the glass then filled 3/4 with cubed ice. Strain ingredients in boston into glass on top of fraise. Top with ice and garnish.

Ingredients

  • 12.5ml Archers Peach Schnapps
  • 12.5ml Smirnoff Vodka
  • 12.5ml Malibu
  • 12.5ml De Kuyper Blue Curacao
  • 12.5ml Monin Grenadine
  • 50ml Pineapple juice
Add grenadine to bottom of the glass and fill with cubed ice. Shake Malibu, Archers and pineapple juice in a boston shaker with cubed ice and layer on the grenadine. Do the same with vodka and blue curacao. Top with ice and garnish.

Ingredients

  • 12.5ml Smirnoff Vodka
  • 12.5ml Tanqueray Gin
  • 12.5ml De Kuyper Triple Sec
  • 12.5ml Captain Morgan White Rum
  • 12.5ml Sauza Tequila
  • 5ml Monin Gomme
  • 125ml Cola
  • 20ml Funkin Lime Purée
Add cubed ice to glass halfway up and add cola. Put rest of ingredients into a boston shaker with cubed ice. Shake, strain gently and the spirit mix will layer on cola. Top with more ice and garnish.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Captain Morgan White Rum
  • 5 to 6 Mint leaves
  • 6 Lime Wedges
  • 25ml Soda
  • 2 Bar spoons brown sugar
Muddle lime and sugar in glass, clap mint and add to glass. Fill glass 2/3 with crushed ice, add rum and stir. Add soda, cap with crushed ice and garnish.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Smirnoff Vodka
  • 10ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 15ml Lime Purée
  • 10ml Gomme
  • 25ml Passion Fruit Purée

  • Half Passion Fruit
Ice the martini glass to chill. Put passion fruit flesh in boston, add rest of ingredients except prosecco. Shake and fine strain into glass. Garnish. Serve a shot of prosecco in shot glass by the side.

Pour lime and Ginger beer over cubed ice into a 12oz Collins glass. Float 50ml Gosling on top and garnish with lime wedge and Instagram flag.

Shake all ingredients (no tonic) in boston glass with cubed ice. Dirty pour in Jupiter gin balloon and top up with bottle of tonic. Add cubed and crushed ice and garnish.

Fill vessel with cubed ice, build all ingredients in vessel. Stir with a bar spoon, top with more ice if necessary and garnish.

  • 50ml Archers Peach Schnapps
  • 50ml Grenadine

  • 4 Strawberry Slices
Half fill the fish bowl with cubed, add grenadine and layer pineapple juice on top. Top up with cubed ice and shake the remaining ingredients together. Slowly pour into the fishbowl, cap with crushed ice and add four strawberry slices.

Add all ingredients except coke into a boston shaker with cubed ice and shake. Fill the bowl with cubed ice and add the cola, add shaken ingredients and garnish.

  • 8 dashes of Grapefruit Bitter
  • 50 ml Lemon Juice
  • 50 ml Gomme

Build in vessel over cubed ice. Stir using a bar spoon and top it up with tonic and crushed ice.
